At Academy Certificate, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process that complies with global e-commerce and digital service regulations. By purchasing any of our certificate programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms.
1. Access Period
- Upon successful purchase of a certificate program, you will receive 90 days of access to the related exam and certification process.
- Within this 90-day period, you may take the exam up to five (5) times.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund will not be issued in the following cases:
- You have used all five (5) exam attempts, regardless of the result.
- Your certificate has already been issued, generated, or made available in your account.
- The purchase relates to a digital service that has been fully delivered, meaning the service or product has been customized and completed specifically for you.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund only if:
- Your request is made within 90 days from the date of purchase, and
- You have not used all five (5) exam attempts, and
- Your certificate has not been issued.
4. How to Request a Refund
- To initiate a refund request, you must contact us via our Help page on the Academy Certificate website.
- Your request must include your order number, registered email address, and a brief explanation of your refund reason.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (processing times may vary depending on your payment provider).
5. Important Notes
- All refund requests are subject to verification to ensure compliance with this policy.
- Academy Certificate reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
