Welcome to Academy Certificate. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing any certificate program.
1) Service Description
- This offering includes 1 online proficiency quiz and 1 verified certificate.
- Not a course: No lessons, videos, PDFs, or study materials are provided. It consists of a quiz and a certificate only.
- Access: 90-day access period from the purchase date.
- Quiz format: 10 questions, 30 minutes, up to five (5) retake attempts allowed.
- Certificate issuance: If you achieve a passing score, your certificate is issued digitally within 3 business days.
- Verification: QR code and online verification link are included; certificate is issued in English, digitally signed and stamped, delivered in PDF.
2) Eligibility
- You must be 18+ or have parental/guardian consent.
- You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and the exam process.
3) Use of Services
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Do not share your exam access with other individuals.
- All certificates are non-transferable and issued only in the registered participant’s name.
4) Delivery & Access
- After a successful purchase, your username, password, and quiz link are sent to your registered email within 5 minutes.
- If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
- You may take the quiz immediately or any time within the 90-day access period.
- Upon passing, your certificate download link will be sent by email within 3 business days.
5) Digital Service & Completion
- Certificates are delivered digitally and include a QR code and unique verification link.
- Once a certificate has been issued or all five (5) exam attempts have been used, the service is considered fully delivered and cannot be reversed.
6) Refund Policy
- Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy.
- No refunds if all five (5) exam attempts have been used or if the certificate has been issued.
- Refunds are only possible if requested within 90 days of purchase, before certificate issuance, and with unused exam attempts.
7) Intellectual Property
- All website content, logos, and materials are the property of Academy Certificate and are protected by international copyright laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without prior written consent.
8) Limitation of Liability
- Academy Certificate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- We do not guarantee that obtaining a certificate will result in employment, promotion, or any specific professional outcome.
9) Modifications to Terms
- We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
10) Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international e-commerce and digital service principles, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction.
